The 5X Fest Blockparty is back and better than ever this June, and we can’t wait to see all of your faces IRL—celebrating live music by dope South Asian artists, hailing from as close as right here in Surrey, to all the way from Punjab.

This year’s 5X Festival Blockparty will take over Holland Park, delivering a festival experience that’s kind of like a Desi Coachella—a South Asian music festival like Surrey has never seen before.

This isn’t just your average mela in Surrey—this is the party of the year, specifically meant to bring South Asian youth together.

It’s rare we get to negotiate our connection to our culture, and to one another on our own terms, but 5X Fest is the place to come together and celebrate South Asian culture, art, and music.

The festival lineup includes some big names in the South Asian music scene that are guaranteed to tear up the stage and get the crowd jumping. Jasmine Sandlas returns to the 5X Fest stage this year, along with The PropheC, who brought the house down at last year’s festival.

Rapper AR Paisley will perform in Surrey for the first time, and is guaranteed to get the crowd pumped up.

International student Robyn Sandhu also returns to the 5X Fest stage this year, along with the likes of Ikky, Aanam, and more.

Khanvict, who is also playing at Burning Man this year, will also be gracing the 5X stage—and we can’t wait to see what he brings to his set.

Other names on the bill include Shreea Kaul, REHMA, Gurtêj, TBM, and BAINS.

So while we went two years hall party free, the perfect place to make up for all the lost time would be this year’s 5X Fest Blockparty. Trust us, you’re not going to want to miss it.

Stay tuned to our Instagram page for more announcements about the festival, including all of the dope things to see and do in and around the Blockparty, and don't forget to get your tickets here.

We can’t wait to see you there.
